American Restoration, where metal artist Rick Dale, his teenage son and the staff at Rick's Restorations take rusty, old items like slot machines and gas carts and magically return them to their original luster. You've seen the experts on Pawn Stars and during your tour, you'll visit two of the expert's shops. Ogle collectible toys like vintage Hot Wheels and Transformers at The Toy Shack, owned by toy expert Johnny Jiminez. You'll also pop into Ultimate Sports Cards & Memorabilia, home to expert Jeremy Brown. As the name suggests, this store carries a wide variety of sports cards and related collectibles like autographed jerseys and baseballs. Both of these businesses are owned by industry experts who've made several appearances on Pawn Stars.
Last but not least, guest will also stop by Animal Planet's hit show Tanked, which dives into the operations of the nation's largest aquarium manufacturing company, Acrylic Tank Manufacturing (ATM). Visit the 37,000-square-foot facility where brothers-in-law Wayde King and Brett Raymer create one-of-a-kind tanks including pyramids, kegs and cars for all sorts of clients, including casinos, churches and celebrities.
* The opportunity to meet and greet the shows' stars, outside of the "Pawn Stars Meet & Greet VIP Tour, is not guaranteed. Inside tours depend upon filming schedule.

The tour bus picked up at several hotels. We were some of the first passengers to board the bus as we went to the first pick up location at the Tropicana Hotel so we could get good seats on the tour bus. The tour bus picked us up at about 12:15 PM. The final pick up location was the Circus Circus Hotel and then our tour started from there.
Above is a photo of the Elvis themed drive-through wedding chapel. The Elvis pink cadillac can be seen in one of the drive through lanes. A number of celebrities have gotten married at this wedding chapel.

We had to sign a "Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)" before we went into the back room of the pawn shop that is closed to the public except for these tours. We also had to sign other NDAs and liability releases at some of the other places we visited on this tour.
This is another venue owned and operated by Rick of the Pawn Stars TV Show. As part of the tour they gave us free samples of BBQ pulled pork which was quite good.
Rick also bartends upstairs sometimes. This week he would be bartending on Friday and Saturday, September 6th & 7th at 8 PM. How Rick finds the time to be into so many ventures I have no idea. Rick is involved with the Pawn Stars TV Show, the pawn shop, Rick's BBQ, and still finds time to bartend!
Barbara and I had never eaten at a Hooters Restaurant before so we thought we'd give it a try since the tour ended at the Tropicana Hotel right next door to the Hooters Hotel, Casino and Restaurant.
We usually eat more health than fried food but they say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. They lie. The pounds that I put on in Vegas eating food like this did not stay in Vegas. Those extra pounds were still with me when I got home!

I'm not sure why the sign says "New Amsterdam" but they call this the VooDoo Rooftop Lounge. The views were great from the rooftop lounge but they were playing extremely loud Hip Hop music so we departed after taking a few photos. Part of the VooDoo Lounge is also enclosed with great window views. One floor below is the VooDoo Steakhouse.
